Returns Eligibility

You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if:

- The item is damaged on arrival
- The incorrect product was delivered

Refund Process

Please send an email to returns@techitup.co.za stating your reason for return, and include your original order
reference. Once we have confirmed receipt, you may send the product back to our offices at:

- Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5-10 days for your product to be processed. Once processed, we will contact you by email to let you know the outcome.

Return Outcomes
- Refunds will be processed with 3-5 days, and will be issued via the original payment method.
- Exchanges - where an item has been returned for a reason other than defect or damage, an exchange will be offered. This will be processed and posted via our standard courier service.
